Blackbird Ranch Farm Sanctuary is an advocate and champion for animals. We protect farmed animals from cruelty, provide lifelong sanctuary to farm animals in need and offer education and support for the community in order to inspire cruelty free and compassionate living. Blackbird Ranch also offers an internship program to select pre-veterinary students, in partnership with Washington State University, to teach not only husbandry and animal care skills, but a different perspective on compassionate care for farmed animals that these future veterinarians might otherwise not be exposed to. Blackbird Ranch is a 100% volunteer run 501(c)(3) organization. 100% of donations received go directly to the care of the animals.
