MISSION – End the farming of bears for bile in Vietnam and China, provide sanctuary for rescued bears, end the suffering of wild animals in captivity and ensure humane treatment of dogs and cats.
We focus on three major programs:

• Ends the barbaric bear bile trade which keeps thousands of bears in captivity in
  China and Vietnam. Our award winning sanctuaries have rescued over 670 bears.
• Cat and Dog Welfare to end the trade in dogs and cats for food in China and Vietnam, and improve the welfare of companion animals through far reaching education programs.
• Captive Animal Welfare campaigns to improve the welfare of animals in zoos and safari parks in China and Vietnam and end abusive animal practices.

We depend entirely on donations to fund our programs and care for hundreds of bears in our sanctuaries.
