Skagit Animals in Need (SAIN) is dedicated to preventing and addressing cruelty and neglect of horses and livestock by rehabilitating and rehoming those animals released to or seized by animal control or law enforcement. Additionally, we manage a nano-grant program to help local residents maintain proper care for their animals in times of economic need as well as a pet food pantry program.
