GFAS actively seeks opportunities to highlight legitimate and outstanding sanctuaries around the globe, bringing animal sanctuaries to the attention of the general public, funders and the greater animal protection field. GFAS also educates on issues critical to sanctuaries such as the causes and conditions of displaced animals and the compelling need for sanctuaries.
